Leesburg
The famous Leesburg Airshow is returning. Hosted at the Leesburg Executive Airport on 1001 Sycolin Road SE Leesburg. There will be a variety of activities for the duration of the event. Aircraft shows, showcasing a variety of different aerial vehicles such as the SNJ/T6 Texan and Grumman TBF Avenger. An attraction showcase hosted by members of the National Air and Space Museum Explainers Program. Aerial performances from 1 pm to 3 pm. Food and beverages will be provided at the event, along with children activities. The event will begin at 11 am, and end at 4pm. For more information, click here.

The Leesburg Animal Park hosts a plethora of events every weekend. From magic shows to concerts, their goal is to make learning about animals fun and engaging. They’re located on 19246 James Monroe Highway Leesburg, and will be hosting two events this weekend. Saturday will be starring Mr. Jon and his friends and family. From 3 pm to 4:30 pm, join Satira Davis as she leads this mediation event. As a certified mediation and Ayurveda instructor, Davis will teach breathing exercises and simple mediation practices throughout this 90 minute event. The Ryan Bartel Foundation is hosting the We’re All Humans 5K Color Run 2022 this Sunday, located at Woodgrove High School on 36811 Allder School Road Purcellville. With Loudoun County schools being closed Monday for students, now is a perfect time to enjoy some bowling. Located on 49 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, The Branch Bowling is inviting all students to enjoy some time with their friends and family. Great Country Farms is hosting an Apple Harvesting and Corn Maze event for all to see. Centered around everything apple, they invite you to join them for apple picking, cider pressing demonstrations, and pig races. Let’s not forget the corn maze, Great Country Farms allows any family with admission to explore the farm after dark.
