The Jon Spear Band is performing at The Hillsboro Old Stone School featuring blues musicians Dara James on guitar, vocals and harmonica, Andy Burdetsky on bass, John Stubblefield on drums, and Jon Spear on guitar and vocals.

The National Sporting Library and Museum is hosting a Summer Art Series featured on book making. All supplies are provided and this is a complimentary program.

The Breakaways are performing at South Riding Center featuring Phil Kominski on vocals and guitar, Elizabeth Coyle Kominski (vocals/acoustic guitar), Michael Scoglio on bass, harmonica, and vocals, Chris Brooks on keyboard, Dan Gallagher on bass and vocals, Dan Perriello on drums, Javi Godinez on violin and vocals, Joe Brotherton on trumpet and vocals, Jacob Panic on banjo and vocals, Ellington Carthan on keyboards and vocals, and Joseph Palmer on drums and percussion.

National Comedy Show will be live in Ashburn at Old Ox Brewing. The show features national touring comedians Quincy Carr and Jared Stern. Quincy is a U.S. Navy Veteran starring on national outlets including HBO, CBS, ABC, and Amazon Video. Stern was voted best comedian in Washington D.C. and stars on national streaming platforms including Amazon Prime and Apple TV.

Old Ox Brewing is located at Old Ox Brewery, Ashburn, United States.

Delta Spur is performing at the Tarara Summer Concert Series covering music by Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Zac Brown, Keith Urban, and other country favorites.

Join a nature walk and scavenger hunt, two concurrent activities, at the Chapman DeMary Trail in Purcellville. A Virginia Master Naturalist and member of the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy will lead a mindfulness focused nature walk. At the same time, another Virginia Master Naturalist will lead a scavenger hunt for youth participants.

The Chapman DeMary Trail is located at 355 N Hatcher Ave · Purcellville, VA. The activity begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 10:30 a.m.

O’Keefe, a Solo Actor Play is on at the Franklin Park Arts Center. Georgia O’Keeffe has summoned an audience to help answer the question, “Was it me or was it Stieglitz?”. We journey with O’Keeffe from 1915 when she tears up her work to date, and starts over in black and white to discover her own style. 

Related, Inspired by O’Keefe a Visual Arts Exhibit is on display now through August 21.
