 Art in the Burg is held the second Saturday in May and features paintings, pottery, sculptures and photography. The festival includes the Foxes on the Fence Art Walk, Pop Art Exhibits, Fashion Show, live music, local chef cooking demonstrations, and street theater with performances throughout

June 2024, we'll hold our fifth celebration of the A.T. (and all the Great Outdoors) in Hillsboro, VA, with three A.T. Communities teaming up to host: Bluemont, Hillsboro and Round Hill, VA. Old Stone School grounds in Hillsboro: 37098 Charles Town Pike, 11am-5pm.

Appalachian trail festival

The Pride Festival is hosted each June at Claude Moore Park in Sterling. The festival features  more than 150 businesses, non-profits, and crafts. Families can enjoy the  Kid's Zone with inflatable bounce houses and obstacle courses, as well as face painting, balloon artists, kids crafts, and a Kid's Stage which includes a magician, animal show, yoga, and music.
