With over 67 acres of hiking trails and panoramic views, Red Rock Wilderness Overlook Regional Park in Leesburg is home to several historic buildings and native plants and wildlife. Situated at the entrance of the park is a farmhouse dating back to the 1800s. The nature trail makes a loop through the park, leading to several points overlooking the Potomac River. The park's trails are generally considered an easy route, which are very popular areas for running and hiking. The trail is open year-round from sunrise to sunset and is beautiful to visit any time of the year. The trails are family friendly and dogs are welcome as well.
